I’m the coach for you if you want to train properly, build real conditioning, and learn boxing the way it’s taught in real gyms — not just go through the motions.

I’m a former professional boxer, born in Ireland and raised in Australia, with my career based on the Gold Coast.

Alongside fighting, I completed a degree in Sports Science and I’m a strong believer in modern, evidence-based strength & conditioning methods for boxers and combat athletes.

I’ve coached fighters, amateurs, and beginners in both Australia and Ireland, including working as the head amateur boxing coach at a gym on the Gold Coast. I’ve also run boxing classes and coaching businesses in Ireland and Australia, helping people develop real skills, not just fitness.

Built Like A Fighter is the system I use based on real fight training, sports science, and experience from amateur and professional boxing.

This isn’t random conditioning.
