We run boxing and boxHIIT sessions for schools, sports clubs, and teams — and these are highly adaptable for any age, fitness level, or experience. We’re passionate about working with youth and schools and promoting boxing, mindset, and health as tools for both mental and physical fitness.
We run school holiday and summer camps (times arranged with schools/venues) focused on fitness, boxing basics, confidence, and positive routines.
Kids sessions are available and can be run through schools, clubs, or organised groups — please enquire and we’ll lock in times that suit.
